After diagnosing the issue remotely, we attended on-site to find faulty wiring and misconfigured network equipment. Within a single visit we identified the root cause, coordinated with the ISP engineer, reconfigured the networking hardware and had the business fully back online, including all Wi-Fi coverage across both floors.
